Jessica Walsh, DNP, NP-C, RN

Our newest Nurse Practitioner to join the practice, Jessica Walsh joined in 2019 after caring for patients in the Emergency Department and the Rapid Diagnostic Unit at Saint Barnabas Medical Center for over a decade.
Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from York College of Pennsylvania in 2004. She worked at St. Barnabas as a staff nurse while she pursued and ultimately finished her master’s degree at Fairleigh Dickinson and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in 2009. She has remained an active member of the national organization, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, since 2010. In 2016, she earned her doctorate degree from Chatham University in Pittsburg, PA. Her doctoral dissertation focused on caring for multicultural patients with language barriers, something very relevant in today’s Healthcare system.
Jessica considers her biggest accomplishment to be her family, including her husband and her three small children. Outside of work, you can typically find her on a sports field, in a dance studio, at her children’s school or at her parish where she volunteers much of her time.
